These terms apply to oven cleaning and related services provided by Oven Cleaner Glasgow. That includes oven, hob and appliance cleaning. We keep the terms plain because you should know what to expect before we start.

Quotes & pricing

The prices on this website are guide prices only, because each oven differs. We confirm a fixed, all-in price with you before any work begins.

That agreed price will not change. However, the one exception is work that differs materially from what we described when quoting.

A fixed price means you know the total before the work starts. The guide prices help you plan, while the price we confirm is the one that counts.

Using this website

The pages on this website describe our services and the areas we cover. They give general guidance, so your quote sets the price for your own job. Therefore, please use the quote form to ask for a price.

Bookings

We arrange appointments by mutual agreement. You send your details through the quote form. We reply with a fixed, all-in price, and you choose a day and time that suit you.

If you need to rearrange, please tell us as early as possible. We ask because we can then offer the slot to someone else.

Our work

We use protective coverings and clean up after ourselves, because we take great care in your home. We use eco-friendly, non-caustic products suitable for domestic appliances.

Rarely, pre-existing damage or wear may only become visible once we clean an appliance. For example, we may find perished seals or prior damage to coatings. Our work does not cause this damage.

Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us, because we want you to be happy with the result. If you are not happy with any part of the clean, tell us at the time. We will then put it right.

Insurance

We are fully insured. However, if you have a concern about our work, please raise it with us promptly. That lets us resolve it.
