Where we store it

When you send the form, we store your details in a secure database. Cloudflare hosts that database. We also get an email notification of each enquiry.

As a result, we see your request and can respond to your enquiry. The database and the notification serve that one purpose.

Visit counts

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits to this site. We turn off its advertising features and ad personalisation. In particular, our Consent Mode setting denies ad storage.

This is separate from the quote form. Analytics counts visits, while the form collects only the details you choose to send us.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. We then arrange and carry out your oven cleaning, and follow up about your booking.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. However, Cloudflare hosts our database and Google Analytics counts our visits.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records only as long as necessary. We need them because we provide our service and must meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them securely.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To do so, contact us through the quote form.

We use the form for these requests because it is our contact route. For example, you can ask what we hold, or ask us to delete your enquiry.
